  Joining CrossFit Suffolk by far has been the best decision of my life. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable in coaching, programming and running each session successfully. I remember joining back in January of 2016, and I look back to the athlete I was and am now, thanks to the incredible coaching from George, and Lisa and all the coaches every day is progression and I am so happy with my progress and look forward to keep growing and progressing as an athlete . At Crossfit Suffolk not only will you grow as an athlete, you will get physically and mentally stronger as well, and in the process meet the incredible athletes that are helpful, supporting and are like family that come to Crossfit Suffolk. I am so thankful to CrossFit Suffolk for the incredible coaching and molding incredible athletes, I am thankful for my Crossfit Suffolk friends who have become family.
